Other than SnowMaidens, which are a very variant species, Hags are universally horrible. They also seem to be a fairly new race, as no mention was made in literature until a few millenia go. Some hypothesize that they are transformed Ishtarn females cast through time gates, from dimension that hate and oppress women. Hags are almost invurnerable to harm from males. Any such would they regenerate rapidly, though it is possible for a man to sever a hag's head and burn the body. Likewise, the SolarKnights seem to be able to hurt them. The best bet, however, is a female warrior or wizards, which can do full damage.

Blue Hags

    In their natural form, BlueHags have murky blue skin and the wrinkles, hooked noses and warts characteristic of all hags. Their hair is matted, tangled gray. BlueHags prefer isolated branches of rivers and still, little used ponds. They can breathe quite well underwater and usually build their huts there. They have the natural ability to shapechange into a beautiful elfish figure, with white hair and paleblue skin. They can maintain this illusion as long as they are in contact with water. A BlueHag's overriding emotion is a powerful and bitter hatred of anything male. They will attempt to lure such unsuspecting being into their pools. The kiss of a BlueHag is waterjet, and it requires a battle of strength to break free. Most victims drown. Their victims can be reanimated into something like a Zombi, though not in the same way as the Savage Elves do it, as Faeries can be raised just as easily. The HagSlave retains some mind and is totally devoted to the Hag. Hags enjoy forcing their slaves to do demeaning tasks, and may even sell them to other beings. BlueHags can mate with their slaves and give birth to little hags.

Green Hags

    Green hags resemble BlueHags as far as wrinkles, warts and noses go, but with slimegreen skin. They have muddybrown hair with dead leaves stuck in it.  They prefer to live in dark forests, especially in the DarkWoods. GreenHags hate and despise children of any race. They can shapechange into the form of kindly grandmother types, and absolutely project childlove pheremons. Adults, on the other hand, tend to dislike them at sight. They EAT children, every chance they get, and after such a meal, they become pregnant and reproduce parthenogenically.

Black Hags

    Black Hags follow the standard Hag look, with jetblack skin and red eyes. They prefer mountainous areas and always make their homes in caves. They alternate form is that of a fat and kindly matron, of middle age.  Their particular enemies are beautiful virginal females. They lure their victims into trusting relationships. In the process of giving beauty tips, makeup ideas, love poitions, etc, they slowly change the maidens into hags. First, men start avoiding the maidens, leading them to seek further help. Slowly a romantic relationship develops between the BlackHag and the maiden. After their first kiss, a curse is laid on the maiden, and over the course of the next year she herself will become a BlackHag.
