The Little People are a class of Faerie creatures that never exceed one and a half feet. They seem to be the Worldstree  sentient expression of animal archetypes. In particular, they represent insects, amphibians and a few small mammals. Each race combines the features of one species with a humanoid form, and can usually shapechange into a purely animal form at will. All LittlePeople acknowledge the Authority of Ehlondiel, the Faerie Queen.

The Little People are frequently trimorphic or markedly dimorphic, having either three sexes and/or extreme differences in the appearance of the sexes.
