Mole Faeries are the bases of many Legends, are they are rarely seen above ground. Diggers live most of their lives in the tunnel systems that they dig underneath the Forest floor. They spend their time either patrolling old tunnels in search of prey or digging new tunnels. Diggers usually eat burrowing Mammals and Insects, although they also dig tunnels only slightly beneath the surface and use them to ambush other creatures. Diggers are mindless voraicious eaters, and  are always hungry. Usually digger are solitary and highly territorial, but will occasionally, in times of overpopulation, swarm underneath the soil in packs, attacking anything and everything they meet. Diggers are one foot tall monsters. They have no eyes and huge noses and mouths. Their hands end in rock hard claws used for digging and killing. They come in many colors, including brown, black and grey, but all have only thin and scraggly black hair. Their reproductive habits are purely a subject of spectulation.
