The Farthest Sea is the SouthPolar Ocean. From the SouthPole, which harbors the City of Glass, there extends a peninsula known as the ShadowMountains. The ShadowMountains half-circles a zone of permanent pack ice call the FrozenDesert. North of this is an area which is frozen solid in midwinter, called the ShiftingSea. There is, of course, no clear border between the Shifting Sea and the Farthest Sea, but it is divided by two Islands, GeyserMounts and Nestland, which freeze on their South Sides but not their Northern Coasts. The north Coast of the Farthest Sea borders the IceMarches, home of the Ni'akklu. Two Rivers feed the LastSea, the IceRoad and the BlackWater.
